Private Group Tours
Group tours for educational groups or nonprofit organizations can be requested by filling out the reservation form found below. No phone or email reservation requests will be accepted. Requests for reservation dates can be made up to 12 months in advance. Educational and nonprofit organization group tours are conducted on weekdays from 10:00am to 12:00pm. unless arranged in advance.
Admission for all visitors 6 and older, which includes the guided tour and the Panning Experience is $7, or $4 admission for self-guided tours without the Panning Experience. The entire group must choose either the guided tour option or the self-guided option. Children under the age of 6 may accompany a group but must be supervised by an adult at all times. The maximum number of participants per guided tour date reserved is 42. There is no maximum number of visitors for self-guided groups. Please provide a minmum of three adult leaders to allow for sufficient supervision for the students in your group. Payment options include cash, credit card or checks made out to: McCaw School of Mines Foundation and are collected at the time of your visit.
