We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit with a long, 30 year history in Henderson Nevada. Our organization operates a variety of programs like The Mine Experience, our Mighty Miner program, and Free Public Admission days. Our grounds contain a number of artifacts of the mining industry that highlight some of the advances in mining technology and techniques. This outdoor exhibit helps provide context and an interactive learning environment. Our visitors center currently houses several smaller exhibits as well as our classroom space.  We are primarily a CCSD educational field trip destination and typically host thousands of CCSD public and homeschool students throughout the year. Our passion is to educate and inspire young students and the public through education, meaningful interactive experiences, and by connecting STEAM education to real world applications and opportunities in the mining industry.
